Game progress stays on your device. On Android, Trackless can use your Google Play Games profile for its public high-score leaderboard and uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics as described below.
Information stored on your device
Trackless stores your high score, tutorial status, sound preference, reduced-motion preference and high-contrast preference locally on your device. On Android, Google Play Games Services can sign in with your Play Games profile and publish your best score to the Trackless leaderboard. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes the locally stored information.
Trackless does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Advertising on Android
The Android version uses Google AdMob for banner advertisements on non-gameplay menus and occasional interstitial advertisements after completed runs. Ads are never placed over active gameplay, and rewarded advertisements are disabled. Ad requests are limited to Google's general-audience (G) content rating, and sensitive advertising categories such as gambling and simulated casino games are blocked.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP address, advertising and app identifiers, product interactions, device information and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent before ads are requested and provides an in-app privacy-options entry point.
Analytics and crash reporting on Android
The Android version uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics records app sessions and limited gameplay events such as starting a game, a run ending, the score and round reached. Crashlytics records crash reports, relevant app state, device metadata and installation identifiers. These services help Techrealms understand game balance and fix defects.
The web versions of Trackless do not include AdMob, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
Google Play Games Services on Android
The Android version uses Google Play Games Services for automatic platform authentication and a public high-score leaderboard. When authenticated, your best Trackless score is submitted to Google and associated with your Play Games profile. Opening the leaderboard displays Google's Play Games interface. Trackless does not receive your email address and Techrealms does not operate a separate player-account database for the game.
Google services and choices
Google processes information collected by AdMob, Firebase and Play Games Services under its own policies:
You can reset or delete the advertising identifier from Android's advertising privacy settings. Available consent choices can also be revisited through the Privacy options entry in Trackless when required in your region.
Retention and data deletion
Techrealms does not operate a separate player-account database for Trackless. To remove data connected with the game:
- Clear Trackless's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to immediately remove the high score and preferences stored on your device.
- Open your Google Play Games profile and use its privacy and data controls to delete Trackless leaderboard data or your Play Games profile data.
- Email privacy@techrealms.com with the subject “Trackless data deletion request” for help with data associated with Trackless that Techrealms can identify and control.
Local data is deleted immediately by the first step. Google controls deletion and retention for AdMob, Analytics, Crashlytics and Play Games Services under Google's policies. Aggregated, de-identified, security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained where applicable.
Children
Trackless is not directed to children under 13. If you believe information about a child has been processed through the app, contact Techrealms.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same public address with a revised date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app and its store disclosures.
